La auditor?a es un proceso indispensable que contribuye al cumplimiento de la normativa y a la elaboraci?n de planes de mejora en la parte Administrativa y Docente de los establecimientos educativos. Por tal raz?n, el presente trabajo analiza dos informes de auditor?a, la Auditor?a Regular General del periodo lectivo 2016 - 2017, y la segunda es la Auditor?a de Seguimiento a la Auditor?a Regular General del a?o lectivo 2018 - 2019. Esta ?ltima se aplica a la instituci?n educativa a los dos a?os porque no se alcanz? el puntaje necesario. Por este motivo, el presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo analizar el nivel de cumplimiento de los est?ndares de la Gesti?n Administrativa mediante la revisi?n de los informes de auditor?a realizados en 2016-2017 y 2018-2019 en la Unidad Educativa ?Francisco Chico Pacheco?, ubicada en la provincia del Azuay. Para ello, la investigaci?n se guio de un enfoque mixto con la aplicaci?n de los m?todos inductivo y anal?tico. Las t?cnicas de recolecci?n de datos fueron: encuesta y revisi?n documental. Los resultados obtenidos a partir del an?lisis de los informes de auditor?a indican que los est?ndares evaluados durante la primera auditor?a mostraron algunas deficiencias en varios aspectos como: PEI, Ficha del PEI, Instrumento de observaciones ?ulicas y Plan de Seguimiento al C?digo de Convivencia, las cuales no fueron enmendados para la segunda auditor?a. Lo que provoc? disminuci?n de puntos y que la calificaci?n sea baja. Adem?s, las encuestas revelaron que existe un problema de comunicaci?n entre los miembros de la comunidad educativa. Por todas estas razones, la investigaci?n propone una gu?a metodol?gica de forma clara y sencilla para mejorar el entendimiento de la Auditor?a Educativa en la comunidad educativa.
The audit is a fundamental process that contributes to compliance with regulations and the development of improvement plans in the Administrative and Teaching part of educational establishments. Therefore, in this work two audit reports are analyzed, the Ordinary General Audit of the 2016-2017 school year, and the second is the Follow-up Audit of the Regular General Authorship of the 2018-2019 school year. The latter is applied to the educational institution at two years because the necessary score was not reached. For this reason, this investigative work aims to analyze the level of compliance with Administrative Management standards by reviewing the audit reports made in the years 2016-2017 and 2018-2019 at the "Francisco Chico Pacheco" Educational Unit, located in the province of Azuay. For this, the research was guided by a mixed approach with the application of inductive and analytical methods. The data collection techniques were: survey and document review. The results obtained from the analysis of the audit reports indicate that the standards evaluated during the first audit present some deficiencies in several aspects such as PEI, PEI file, Instrument for classroom observations, and monitoring plan of the Coexistence Code, which do not they were modified for the second audit. Which caused a decrease in points and a low rating. In addition, the surveys revealed that there is a communication problem among members of the educational community. For all this, the research proposes a methodological guide in a clear and simple way to improve the understanding of Educational Auditing in the educational community.
