La presente investigaci?n dar? cuenta de un trabajo realizado en la escuela ?Ciudad de Guachapala?, ubicada en el cant?n del mismo nombre. El principal objetivo del proyecto fue: asesorar al directivo de la escuela, en la gesti?n del Plan de Capacitaci?n Docente 2019-2020. Este plan estuvo orientado de forma prioritaria a facilitar y apoyar al personal directivo, docente y administrativo, en las acciones que buscan solventar sus necesidades de tipo formativo, evidenciadas en el diagn?stico institucional. Desde un enfoque metodol?gico cuali-cuantitativo, se recopil? informaci?n trabajando con la entrevista al directivo, encuesta a los docentes, revisi?n de documentos institucionales e implementaci?n del plan de capacitaci?n. El estudio y desarrollo de la propuesta se realiz? con los docentes de la instituci?n quienes asumen como prioridad la realizaci?n de dicho plan a partir de los resultados de auditor?a y de visitas ?ulicas. Con las actividades de formaci?n docente, desarrolladas por el directivo con apoyo del investigador, se alcanz? el desarrollo del Plan de Capacitaci?n Docente enfocado a las metodolog?as activas de Lengua y Literatura. Estas competencias permitir?n la mejora en la gesti?n educativa del aula y en todos los procesos formativos del plantel. Como conclusi?n final se considera al Plan de Capacitaci?n Docente como un medio para gestionar calidad acad?mica por su car?cter transformador e integrador del proceso pedag?gico. Al ser desarrollado de manera efectiva y afectiva, respetando las circunstancias contextuales de la instituci?n, produce mejora y una actitud propositiva frente a la acci?n educativa de cada uno de los docentes del establecimiento educativo.
The present investigation will give account of a work carried out in the "Ciudad de Guachapala" school, located in the canton of the same name. The main objective of the project was: to advise the school director, in the management of the 2019-2020 Teacher Training Plan. This plan was aimed, as a priority, at facilitating and supporting management, teaching and administrative personnel in actions that seek to solve their training needs, evidenced in the institutional diagnosis. From a quali-quantitative methodological approach, information was collected working with the interview with the manager, survey of teachers, review of institutional documents and implementation of the training plan as a proposal of this work. The study and development of the proposal was carried out with the teachers of the School of Basic Education "Ciudad de Guachapala" who assume as a priority the realization of said plan based on the audit results and classroom visits made to the teaching staff of the institution. With the teacher training activities carried out by the manager with the researcher's support, the development of the Teacher Training Plan focused on active Language and Literature methodologies was achieved. These competencies will allow improvement in the educational management of the classroom and in all the training processes of the campus. In conclusion, the Teacher Training Plan constitutes a means to manage academic quality due to its transforming and integrating nature of the pedagogical process. As it is developed in an effective and affective way, respecting the contextual circumstances of the institution, it produces a positive effect and a proactive attitude towards the educational action of each one of the teachers of an educational establishment.
