En el marco de la concepci?n de calidad y calidez que la Constituci?n Pol?tica del Ecuador confiere a la educaci?n, la asesor?a educativa constituye un elemento esencial en la orientaci?n hacia la calidad educativa deseada; en este sentido, la fundamentaci?n te?rica de esta propuesta tiene como base documentaci?n emitida por el Ministerio de educaci?n del Ecuador, normativa referente al ?mbito educativo y aportes internacionales en el contexto de calidad y asesor?a educativa por ser elementos que instrumentan los procesos de asesor?a educativa y el rol de cada uno de sus actores; consecuentemente, el producto cumbre de esta investigaci?n es el Plan de Capacitaci?n Profesional Institucional para la escuela Julio Abad Chica porque resume todas las fases del ensayo de asesor?a implementado con sus respectivos elementos e instrumentos, cuya base fue el estudio y conocimiento pleno de la realidad institucional; la identificaci?n de necesidades de asesor?a al directivo de la escuela Julio Abad Chica y el trabajo colaborativo para la culminaci?n exitosa del proceso planificado.
Within the framework of the concept of quality and warmth that the Political Constitution of Ecuador confers on education, educational advice constitutes an essential element in the orientation towards the desired educational quality; In this sense, the theoretical foundation of this proposal is based on documentation issued by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador, regulations regarding the educational field and international contributions in the context of quality and educational advice as they are elements that implement the processes of educational advice and the role of each of its actors; Consequently, the top product of this research is the Institutional Professional Training Plan for the Julio Abad Chica school because it summarizes all the phases of the advisory test implemented with their respective elements and instruments, whose basis was the study and full knowledge of the institutional reality ; the identification of advisory needs to the director of the Julio Abad Chica school and the collaborative work for the successful completion of the planned process.
