El presente proyecto analiza el acompa?amiento a la gesti?n directiva en el cumplimiento del est?ndar de desempe?o directivo, en la Unidad Educativa Jaime Ch?vez Ram?rez de la Parroquia San Antonio de Paguancay, de Cant?n y Provincia Ca?ar, a partir de un asesoramiento a la gesti?n directiva para mejorar el cumplimiento del est?ndar de desempe?o directivo en la Unidad Educativa Jaime Ch?vez Ram?rez. Para tal fin, se hace un estudio de los fundamentos te?ricos de la gesti?n directiva en el cumplimiento de los est?ndares de desempe?o directivo, se diagnostica la gesti?n directiva a trav?s de la revisi?n documental, la entrevista a directivos y la encuesta a docentes. Se proponen sugerencias al plan de asesoramiento para su puesta en pr?ctica en el cumplimiento del est?ndar de desempe?o directivo y se eval?a la gesti?n directiva educativa en el est?ndar de desempe?o directivo en la Unidad Educativa, despu?s de la aplicaci?n del plan de asesoramiento, lo que demuestra un avance en el est?ndar de desempe?o directivo en la mencionada instituci?n educativa.
The present project analyzes the accompaniment to the directive management in the fulfillment of the directive performance standard, in the Educational Unit Jaime Ch?vez Ram?rez of the Parish San Antonio de Paguancay, of Canton and Ca?ar Province, from an advice to the directive management for improve compliance with the managerial performance standard in the Jaime Ch?vez Ram?rez Educational Unit. To this end, a study is made of the theoretical foundations of managerial management in compliance with managerial performance standards, managerial management is diagnosed through a documentary review, an interview with managers and a survey of teachers. Suggestions are proposed to the advisory plan for its implementation in compliance with the directive performance standard and the educational directive management is evaluated in the directive performance standard in the Educational Unit, after the application of the advisory plan, which shows an advance in the managerial performance standard in the mentioned educational institution.
