Description

El presente trabajo de propuesta de Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) se realizó en la concesión minera “MAC”, código 101901. Se presenta el estado actual de la mina analizando los impactos ambientales generados, para lo cual se estableció un diagnóstico general de la empresa relacionado con el SGA en cada una de las áreas observadas por medio de una lista de chequeo, verificando si cumple con la normativa vigente, teniendo como referencia los medios, factores y parámetros ambientales según el TEXTO UNIFICADO DE LEGISLACIÓN SECUNDARIA DEL MINISTERIO DEL AMBIENTE (TULSMA). El trabajo concluye con la elaboración de la propuesta del diseño de Sistema de Gestión Ambiental bajo la norma ISO 14001:2015, que servirá de guía para la aplicación en esta concesión en la fase de explotación de materiales de construcción (áridos y pétreos).
The present proposal for the Environmental Management System (EMS) was held in the mining concession "MAC", code 101901. It presents the current status of the mine by analyzing the environmental impacts generated, for which it was established a general diagnosis of the company related to the EMS in each of the observed areas by means of a checklist, verifying if it complies with current regulations, taking as reference the means, factors and environmental parameters according to the UNIFIED TEXT OF SECONDARY LEGISLATION OF THE MINISTRY OF THE ENVIRONMENT (TULSMA). The work concludes with the elaboration of the proposal for the design of the Environmental Management System under the ISO 14001: 2015, which will serve as a guide for the application in this concession in the exploitation phase of construction materials (arid and stony).
