Evaluación de parámetros bioproductivos en pollos de engorde mediante un programa de producción avícola con un aditivo natural.

Este proyecto, se llevó a cabo en un galpón de la Granja Experimental “Limoncito”, de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, ubicada en la provincia de Santa Elena. El proyecto se dividió en 3 tratamientos, con tres repeticiones cada tratamiento y con grupos de 30 pollos en cada repetición. Siendo un grupo el Testigo con una crianza convencional con el uso de antibióticos, el Tratamiento1 con una dosis del aditivo natural de 0.15 ml por litro de agua y el Tratamiento 2 con una dosis del aditivo natural de 0.20 ml por litro de agua. El objetivo del proyecto fue evaluar las dosis del aditivo natural a base de orégano y determinar su efecto sobre los parámetros bioproductivos en pollos de engorde. Al finalizar el proyecto, en el análisis de resultados se concluyó que el Tratamiento 1, con la dosis recomendada del producto obtuvo mejores resultados en los parámetros bioproductivos, siendo el grupo con la menor conversión alimenticia acumulada de 1.909, sin embargo tuvo una elevada mortalidad que fue debida a la ubicación de los cubículos dentro del galpón. Además, este grupo consiguió un mejor costo beneficio, confirmando que la dosis de 0.15 ml por litro de agua (dosis recomendada) favoreció a los parámetros bioproductivos de los pollos de engorde, siendo el aditivo natural una mejor opción para la salud de los consumidores y dando mayores beneficios en la producción.
This project was carried out in the Experimental Farm "Limoncito", of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, located in the province of Santa Elena. The project was divided into 3 treatments, with three repetitions each treatment and with groups of 30 chickens in each repetition. Being a group the Witness with the use of antibiotics, Treatment 1 with a dose of the natural additive of 0.15 ml per liter of water and Treatment 2 with a dose of the natural additive of 0.20 ml per liter of water. The objective of the project was to evaluate the doses of the natural additive based on oregano and determine its effect on the bioproductive parameters in broilers. At the end of the project, in the results, it was concluded that Treatment 1, with the recommended dose of the product obtained better results in the bioproductive parameters, being the group with the lowest cumulative feed conversion of 1.909, however it had a high mortality that It was due to the location of the cubicles inside the shed. In addition, this group achieved a better cost benefit, confirming that the dose of 0.15 ml per liter of water (recommended dose) favored the bioproductive parameters of broilers, being the natural additive a better option for the health of consumers and giving greater benefits in production.
