The idea of justice, responds to balance two opposing parts, but at the same time complementary. The idea of balance is present in all fields, from nature to architecture. Before talk about a building, we have to think in the concept or essence of the project, is the balance between three lines, site, life, and techtonic. Therefore the type of a building meets certain common generalities between architectural typologies, but only the theme, will define the final result, giving unique features despite generalities. The approach of this project, seeks to recover the topography and history of a place, abstracting the judicial overall program; the balance between the parts, in order to reflect to the people the transparency and equilibrium of justice.
La idea de justicia, responde al equilibrio de dos partes siempre opuestas, pero a su vez complementarias. La idea de equilibrio esta presente en todos los campos, desde la naturaleza hasta la Arquitectura. Antes de hablar de un edificio como tal, su concepto o esencia, es el equilibrio entre tres lineamientos, la Vida, el Sitio y la Técnica. Por lo tanto el Tipo de un edificio responde a ciertas generalidades comunes entre tipologías arquitectónicas, pero solo será el Tema, el que va a definir su resultado final dándole características únicas a pesar de sus generalidades. La aproximación del presente proyecto, pretende recuperar la topografía e historia de un lugar, abstrayendo del programa general judicial, la esencia del mismo, el equilibrio entre las partes, con el fin de reflejar ante un contexto de ciudad la transparencia y armonía de la justicia.
